Basketball Hits Jackpot | Is Capel Genuine ’23 COY?

Basketball

Just when you thought you’d seen everything during the ACC football season now basketball is upside down. At least, for Tobacco Road enthusiasts that is. It’s a new day in the conference and what once was is no longer. Pitt men’s basketball, behind the leadership of a former starting guard at Duke may be turning the corner after a couple of rough years. The unfortunate side of rebuilding a program is that you often have to dive into a pond full of excrement that you’ve inherited and then hit rock bottom before you rise to the top.

Jeff Capel has been pummeled left and right while looking for the right combination of players. To add insult to injury the personnel that could have ultimately turned things around sooner have either departed, been injured or taken themselves out of the equation in some form or another.
