The ‘Brez’ keeps putting his money where his mouth is and leads last week’s picks at 7-3. You wouldn’t know he has some experience doing this, now would you? Bresnahan also takes a one game lead in the overall pick totals. Will pulled in a 6-4 week, Xayveon a 5-5 record and Jim Quist a horrendous 4-6 pick total to all pull into a tie for second. But, the real story is in the overall totals below. After three weeks of play it’s time to put the gloves on and come out swinging in week four of the ACC Nation Pigskin Picks. You’d think we’d know these teams by now but the reality is there are still plenty of surprises in the bag just waiting to be pulled out. What have we learned thus far? There are a number of picks going against the grain this week. Let’s take a look.

Jim B and Chris are going with Wake Forest while the remainder of the group think Virginia is the way to go. It’s a consensus when it comes to the Liberty-Syracuse matchup with everyone saying the Flames are the best pick.

It’s an almost even split between Missouri and Boston College which isn’t too surprising with the recent spate of injuries to key players that the Eagles are dealing with. A big win here would go a long way in convincing a growing contingent of people that Boston College is worthy of a second glance.

Pitt and Virginia Tech are consensus picks this week as is Miami and North Carolina.

We almost went that route with Wisconsin and Notre Dame however Dave is sold on the Irish and thinks they’ll dig down deep and pull out the win. Dave and Mike think Florida State is money while everyone else is sold on Louisville. Dave believes that this is the week the Seminoles turn the corner.

Dave and Xayveon are going all in on Kansas taking home a win against a less than reliant Duke. Only time will tell.
