When it comes to the voting, the rankings are beginning to settle in. Considering this is ACC Nation Power Poll Week 12 you’d think, it’s about time, right? Not so quick. Let’s look at week 1. Clemson started the season at No. 1 in the poll. Two teams, North Carolina and Miami, that started off the season near the top have slipped to the middle of the pack. There’s been more than a few surprises along the way this season. Notre Dame has provided a degree of stability as other teams either rise or fall.
