The Notre Dame at Syracuse game holds a great deal of intrigue among the ACC + 1 games while the Miami at Virginia, Wake Forest at Louisville and Pitt at North Carolina all present opportunities for the underdogs to satisfy their need to rack up a win.
The Canes come into Charlottesville as a mere -2 favorite. Both teams have had more than their fair share of struggles this season and this matchup presents a chance for them to get back on track….to some degree.
Wake Forest has proven itself to be among the best in the ACC so far but playing in Louisville against a team that has everything to gain is dangerous. It’s not Dave Clawson’s style to put the pedal to the metal but he may not have any other choice if he wants the Deac’s to start drawing post season eyes.
