
Juliette Dhalluin scored three as Stanford’s defense allowed only one second-half goal from USC on their way to the Cardinals’ 10th NCAA Women’s Water Polo Championship on Sunday. Dhalluin transferred from Arizona State in 2024 following her stint training with the French national team for the Olympics (she didn’t compete).

Water Polo
The Cardinal defeated USC, 11-7 for the title following wins over Wagner and Hawaii in the tournament. A No. 1 seed Stanford swamped Wagner in their opening match, 28-6 before moving on to face No. 4 Hawaii who clipped California, 8-7. Hawaii wasn’t as fortunate when they faced the Cardinal who came away with a 13-4 decision.

In racking up their 10th national water polo championship, their third in the last four seasons Stanford finished the season at 25-1.
With just Stanford and California women’s water polo doesn’t qualify for inclusion as an ACC sport until another two schools decide to field teams.
