In men’s action, Notre Dame lands in the top 5 with a 1-0-1 record. The Irish pull in 4 first place votes in this week’s rankings. Big Ten rival, Ohio State holds the top spot and have 38 first place votes.
Who else picks up first place votes? Coming in at #4 is St. Cloud State with 6 votes and at #6 Minnesota with 2 votes.
Hockey East’s Boston College takes a 6 spot dive in the rankings as the Eagles start off on the slow side at 0-2 overall.
On the women’s side, CHA’s Syracuse has gotten off to a rocky 0-3 start while Boston College has a win/loss record of 3-2.
The Eagles hold a spot in the middle of the pack of this week’s USCHO Women’s Top 10.
