Disastrous Ending For UNC | CFP 22 Rankings And Bowls

Disastrous

It certainly started off on a good foot for North Carolina. Ultimately though, the ACC Football Championship turned disastrous as Clemson’s Dabo Swinney swapped out the struggling D.J. Uiagalelei for upstart Cade Klubnik at quarterback. The Tigers found their offense fire and never looked back as the Tar Heels failed to choke off the deadly combination of the passing and running game. The final score, 39-10 convinced the CFP selection committee to move on from Mack Brown’s squad in their final Top 25.

That pushed the team down the list of desirables among bowl committee’s looking for top draw from both the fanbase and television audiences.
