Quite a few ACC teams are taking a break for college football week 5. Nonetheless, the schedule may be short but it’s sweet and seductive. The latter applies to the odds on some of these games. Conference action gets underway Friday night with two teams that are still offering some head scratching moments. For fans of Louisville it’s nice to finally have a team they can almost trust with their hearts. On the other side we’ve got NC State with some questionable offensive effort that is beginning to rub fans the wrong way.
Without a doubt, Louisville vs NC State is a great matchup but it’s also one that has a huge potential of being soul crushing for the faithful. A close game should be in store but if for any reason it gets out of hand….ugh. We’ve all been in those car rides from hell where no one talks, just seethes and often for hours.
ACC Football Rankings Week 4 | Beware Piranha
There are two other matchups that fall into the same category as the aforementioned game. Virginia travels to Boston College and Pitt visits Virginia Tech. All four of these fan bases have been kicked where it counts. It will be interesting to see which group of players decides it’s time to throw the kitchen sink at their opponent in order to nab a win.
