Duke has moved into the top spot in the latest AP Top 25 and grabs the No. 1 seed among 4 great teams who all bring something unique to the game. Virginia is a No. 4 seed in Carmello’s latest projection and indicates that new coach Ryan Odom has created a program that has surprised many with the speed in which it has come to fruition. North Carolina continues to hang in there despite many potholes along the way and the Tar Heels are a No. 6 seed.
Basketball
NC State, Miami, Louisville, SMU, Clemson, Virginia Tech and Cal are all part of the conversation but not everyone is lined up to close the deal.
