ACC Fans: Are You Ready For Some Football?

You’ve seen dribs and drabs leaking out via social media about the conference football schedule. So ACC fans, are you ready for some football? The first three weeks of action schedule has 14 games on the new ACC Network. In addition to those games the conference has released the Thursday and Friday night games for the entire season.

Both the ACC Network and ACC Network Extra (featuring streaming coverage) will provide coverage in addition to ABC, ESPN and RSN.

The opening weekend will feature two primetime matchups. Florida State will play Boise State in Jacksonville on Saturday, August 31 with coverage on ESPN at 7:00pm ET. On Labor Day (Monday), Louisville will host Notre Dame at 8:00pm ET and the game will also be on ESPN.

Clemson will open the doors to Death Valley to host Jimbo Fisher’s Texas A&M Aggies in the second week. Coverage of the game on Saturday, September 7 will be on ABC.

The (non-conference) matchup between Wake Forest and North Carolina has been moved from Thursday, September 12 to Friday at 6:00pm ET. The Deacs and Tar Heels game will air on ESPN.

ESPN will announce their final schedule on Thursday, May 30 which may change neutral site and road crossover games in the first three weeks.

All ACC controlled games will be featured on ACC Network (or other linear outlet) or ACC Network Extra.
