ACC Cross Country ’23 | Grit And Motivation

ACC Cross Country

The ACC Cross Country Championships wrapped up early Friday morning with the team titles going to the North Carolina men and NC State women. The grit and motivation necessary to power through and win in distance running was again on full display in the 2023 event hosted by Florida State.

A partly cloudy sky with a temperature of 73 Fahrenheit and humidity at 92% didn’t appear to put much of a damper on the competition. Keep in mind that research shows the ideal temperature for endurance athletes is 50-54. There will be plenty of opportunity to find out during the upcoming NCAA Regionals.
